Romance!
I'm writing a love story! Well, so far. There's this secondary storyline that's supposed to be the primary plot line about some conspiracy but the characters who have been meeting are so secretive I'm not sure what that is all about frankly. Hmph. Imagine, the author kept out of the loop!
Meanwhile the main story is an interracial gay love story between a soccer player and a physical therapist in North Carolina. I've never even been there! (Or maybe I have? I don't remember.) I blame a failed BBQ. But I am in hearts with it so far.
I feel like I should do research on North Carolina or physical therapy but I am too lazy for that, feh! I'm also kinda surprised there's no sci-fi elements!
Wordcount right now: 6,374 (today's goal is 6,667) !!!!
Snacks: Chocolate cake with raisins and walnuts, various mini chocolate bar left-overs from Halloween.

NC is insane. Did you choose a city? Cuz they vary greatly from one another. The Triangle area is like Yankee territory, Charlotte is redneck and Wilmington is by the shore. Those are the three places I've been to. On the plus side, the US Men's National practises in Cary, NC. :)
No city yet. Small city, no capitals, no seashore. Maybe I'll make one up. It's got a Walmart nearby and some colleges, but it's kinda isolated too. Clearly I have no clue. Actually I think we HAVE been to NC? Weren't we at Kitty Hawk or am I totally making that up? The slope where they took off from? I am not dreaming that up right?!!? ARG.
